By using the site you accept these terms. ## Information and prices - Prices are in Dominican pesos (RD$) and are for reference as of the date they were published. They may change without notice. The price and conditions that apply are the ones our team confirms on WhatsApp or by phone when you book. - Day pass: RD$1,200 per adult (ages 10 and up) and RD$600 per child aged 5 to 9; children under 5 enter free. The day pass does not include a room. - Rooms are booked separately from the day pass. For overnight guests, meals are ordered separately. - Anything the site doesn’t list (such as opening hours or prices for events, horseback rides or ATVs) is quoted on WhatsApp. - The photos show the real facilities, but decoration, furniture and river conditions may vary with the date and the weather. ## Bookings - The site doesn’t take payments or confirm bookings on its own. Messaging us on WhatsApp, calling or sending the quote form is a request: the booking is made only when our team confirms it. - The conditions of each booking (deposit, payment method, changes, cancellation, arrival and departure times) are agreed on WhatsApp or by phone before it is confirmed. - For ticketed events sold through TicketExpress, ticket purchases are governed by TicketExpress’s terms. ## During your visit - Follow the staff’s instructions and any rules posted on site. - Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially at the pool, the jacuzzi and the river. - The Maimón is a natural river whose flow changes with the rain. If the staff say it isn’t safe to swim, please respect that. - Horseback rides and ATV (RTV) rides follow the staff’s instructions and any requirements we tell you about when you book. ## Using the site You may use the site to find information and contact us. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, try to damage it or access its systems without permission, or copy its content in bulk. ## Photos, text and brand The text, photos, illustrations, name and logo of Tony Ranch belong to Tony Ranch or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to the site, but not to copy or reuse that content commercially without our written permission. The Mi Pueblo por Dentro video belongs to that show and is displayed with its credit. ## Links to other platforms The site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Waze, Instagram and TicketExpress. We don’t control those platforms: when you open them, their own terms and policies apply. ## Liability We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or changes that aren’t reflected yet. If anything differs, what our team confirms prevails. We are not responsible for site outages beyond our control.
