## One hour from Santo Domingo

Drive north on the Autopista Duarte (DR-1), take the Piedra Blanca exit and follow the road toward Juan Adrián for about 5 minutes to La Privada. A car or a private driver is the easiest way to get here.

It is what Dominicans call a day pass: you spend the day at a resort or ranch using the pool and facilities, usually with lunch, and head home in the evening.

**How much is the day pass?**
RD$1,200 per adult (ages 10+) and RD$600 for children ages 5 to 9, in Dominican pesos (DOP). Children under 5 enter free. It includes the pool and jacuzzi, lunch, the river and changing rooms. Rooms are booked separately.

**How far is it from Santo Domingo?**
About one hour by car on the Autopista Duarte highway. Take the Piedra Blanca exit; the ranch is 5 minutes from the highway.
